Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on ground fighting with the goal of gaining a dominant position from which to force an attacker to submit.
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is made up of three different levels of experience that include an introduction, beginner, and intermediate/advanced program. Having these different levels of training is crucial in learning the basics from day one and building off of this foundation one step at a time. So whether you are looking for a realistic self defense system to train in, physical conditioning, personal development, or to compete at a local, state, national or international level, our program is for you.

The FREE intro class includes a FREE session in our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts Striking or Fitness Kickboxing & Conditioning class, and a consultation of what you are looking for while answering any questions that you may have.
What do I wear to my FREE Introductory class?
All you need to wear is shorts and a t-shirt for your first intro class. When you come in we will go over the uniform you will need for each class. |
