Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combat sport in which two competitors attempt to achieve dominance over one another by utilizing a wide variety of martial arts techniques.

AtMixed Martial Arts Training Center our MMA program consists of blending together the martial arts techniques of western boxing, muay thai kickboxing, wrestling, judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu to make up a complete and realistic self defense system.

We train realistically in a safe and friendly environment focusing on techniques that will work effectively if ever called upon in a self defense situation.

Our Mixed Martial Arts program is made up of three different levels of experience that include an introduction, beginner, and intermediate/advanced program. Having these different levels of training is crucial in learning the basics from day one and building off of this foundation one step at a time.

The FREE intro class includes a FREE session in our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts Striking or Fitness Kickboxing & Conditioning class, and a consultation of what you are looking for while answering any questions that you may have.

What do I wear to my FREE Introductory class?

All you need to wear is shorts and a t-shirt for your first intro class. When you come in we will go over the uniform you will need for each class.
